Phase 1 / User flow

To establish a clear user journey and determine the required interface states, I developed a comprehensive user flow. A preview of the primary path is showcased below.

Phase 2 / Wireframe

Following several iterations and alignment sessions with stakeholders, I translated the refined user flow into low-fidelity sketches and wireframes to solidify the layout.

Phase 3 / Design

Leveraging the existing design system to ensure visual consistency, I moved into the high-fidelity design phase following stakeholder approval. Below are key screens from the final interface:

Phase 4 / Back office

Scaling the solution: Designing the Admin Panel to manage complex workflows and data.

I am proud to have played a key role in the digital transformation of one of Iran’s largest banks. Working on a project of this magnitude was a significant milestone that deepened my expertise in designing secure, high-traffic financial systems.
