Phase 1 / Understanding the problem

In the absence of existing data, I initiated the research process with a comprehensive benchmarking study. After evaluating more than 30 competitors, I’ve detailed three key examples below to illustrate the industry standards we identified.

We listed features and with the help of stakeholders prioritized the features.

We mapped out the user flow to better visualize the journey and ensure every touchpoint made sense. To keep things concise, I‘ve included a highlight of the most critical part of the flow here.

Scaling the Vision: Crafting the Design System, One of the most rewarding challenges was building a dedicated design system from the ground up. By focusing on our unique product needs, I developed a library of reusable components, a few of which are showcased below:
