As a central platform for brokerages and marketers in the Tehran Stock Exchange, Siba manages a complex web of user needs. I was responsible for consolidating stakeholder insights and prioritizing features that drive user satisfaction without compromising core business objectives.
The interface features a modular menu with role-based access for different users, yet we maintain it as one integrated platform.
We designed a notification system for marketers to prevent them from missing critical information. Additionally, an Excel export feature is available for record-keeping.
The core of this project involved designing a unified workflow. Although the process requires oversight from marketers, users, and managers, we implemented a single-system architecture with role-based access control. While the interface adapts to different roles, the system admin maintains full end-to-end visibility to ensure quick problem resolution Proud to have played a role in this milestone project for a premier institution in the Iranian capital market.
